Spanish Cooking Classes in Granada, Spain
At 10 AM, you will meet chef Jorge and your interpreter in the restaurant kitchen. Today’s lesson runs from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and, following a demonstration by the chef in preparing Fritura Andaluza, will focus on traditional dishes such as Salmorejo and oxtail. You will also enjoy a wine tasting provided by a Granada winery. After your 5-course lunch, you have the afternoon free to participate in an excursion, explore Granada on your own, or enjoy some down time.
