The Piazza del Campo, the scallop-shaped main square, is an outstanding example of medieval architecture with the Torre del Mangia as its centerpiece. The Piazza del Duomo and Balisilica of S. Domenico are unique sights to behold. You will lunch in a typical restaurant in the famous Palio Square to taste the famous Pici and other traditional dishes as you savor local Chianti wine.
